Romans 8:37 Meditation

Text (Ro 8:36, NIV):
"No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us."
Amplified Rendering:
No!
In all these things—in trouble, hardship, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger, and sword—we overwhelmingly conquer. Like sand castles in the path of a tsunami, nothing can stand against us. Such redemptively destructive power comes from, returns to, and exists eternally in the Hand of God Almighty. We are, quite simply, the nozzle through which such power is displayed. For this, we offer nothing but praise and thanksgiving to Him who loved us before the foundations of the earth were laid.
Consecrated Prayer:
Holy Father…
I stand in Your power, and Your power alone. You alone, O God, are the One who creates(1) and destroys(2). You, too, are the One who loves(3) and hates(4). You made me a new creation(5), and You wiped sin and death from my eternal beingness(6). While You love me, You hate all that's arrayed against me. For this, I lay my life in the Palms of Your Hands. Though I may stand firm on the outside and proclaim your Word with great boldness, my heart rests in the Shadow of Your Wings(7). You are My Refuge and Ever-present Help in times of difficulty and trouble(8).
In the Name of Jesus, I declare these these things...
Amen.
